User Generated Content Terms and Conditions
Guide Zora may allow users to submit reviews, testimonials, comments, photos, videos, suggestions, feedback, social media content, or other materials (“User Content”) through GuideZora.com, social media channels, promotional campaigns, contests, email communications, or other platforms.
By submitting User Content to Guide Zora, you agree to the following terms.
Ownership of Content
You retain ownership of your original User Content.
However, by submitting User Content to Guide Zora, you grant Guide Zora, its affiliates, successors, and service providers a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and promote your User Content in any media format now known or later developed.
This includes use for:
- Website content
- Marketing materials
- Social media posts
- Advertising campaigns
- Promotional materials
- Customer testimonials
- Educational content
No compensation is required for such use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Representations and Warranties
By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- You own or control all rights to the content submitted.
- The content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
- Any individuals appearing in submitted content have provided appropriate permission.
- The content is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
Prohibited Content
User Content must not:
- Contain unlawful material.
- Include defamatory statements.
- Promote violence or illegal activities.
- Contain sexually explicit material.
- Include hate speech or discriminatory content.
- Contain malware, viruses, or malicious code.
- Violate the privacy rights of others.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Moderation Rights
Guide Zora reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, edit, refuse, remove, restrict, or delete any User Content at any time and for any reason.
Guide Zora may remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
Limitation of Liability
Guide Zora is not responsible for User Content submitted by users and does not endorse opinions expressed by contributors.
