Why Refunds Are Generally Not Available

Once a customer purchases a digital guide, access to the product is delivered immediately or made available for download. Unlike physical products, digital products cannot be “returned” after delivery.

Guide Zora cannot reliably verify whether a downloaded file has been opened, copied, stored, shared, backed up, printed, transferred to another device, uploaded to cloud storage, or otherwise retained after purchase.

Because digital products can be duplicated perfectly and retained indefinitely, providing refunds after access is granted would create a situation where a customer could obtain the full benefit of the product while also receiving a refund.

Digital Product Nature

All products sold through Guide Zora are intangible digital goods.

When a purchase is completed, the customer receives immediate access to intellectual property, proprietary research, educational content, templates, guides, or downloadable resources.

Unlike physical merchandise, these products cannot be physically returned to Guide Zora.

Immediate Value Delivery

The value of a digital guide is delivered at the moment access is provided.

Even if a file is never downloaded, Guide Zora has already fulfilled its obligation by making the purchased content available to the customer.

Unauthorized Verification Limitations

Guide Zora does not maintain technology that can determine with certainty:

  • Whether a file was downloaded
  • Whether a file was copied
  • Whether a file was shared
  • Whether screenshots were taken
  • Whether pages were printed
  • Whether content was saved offline
  • Whether content was stored in cloud services
  • Whether information contained within the guide was used

Because these actions cannot be reliably verified, refunds generally cannot be offered after purchase.

Exceptions

Guide Zora reserves the right to refund, allow exchange for different pdf guide or deny refund, and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Duplicate purchases
  • Billing errors
  • Chose the wrong file (In this case it would be exchange only, no refund given)
No Guarantee

Guide Zora does not guarantee:

  • Specific financial outcomes
  • Travel savings
  • Parenting results
  • Business success
  • Investment performance
  • Personal outcomes

Customer dissatisfaction alone does not qualify for a refund because the purchase involves access to informational content rather than a guaranteed outcome.
